Empower 22:

Support Adults with I/DD Through Critical Transitions

At The IDDeal Foundation, we understand that turning 22 marks a pivotal and challenging time for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). After this milestone, they lose federal funding for vital services like education, transportation, and day programs. The burden then shifts to state funding, which, in Florida, often falls short of meeting their needs.

That's why we're launching Empower 22 – a campaign dedicated to empowering adults with I/DD by providing opportunities to live, work, and play despite the financial obstacles they face.
